The quality management system of the company has passed standards including but not limited to ISO9001：2015, IATF16949 and VDA6.4. Centering with quality assurance department, it has already been extended to each aspect of the company in all levels, including production and sale of mould have been covered. Besides, we keep maintaining and improving the whole quality management system through internal and external audit.

In response to Made in China 2025 strategy and in order to meet company development requirement, the first electrode automatic production line has been put into use at Fangzheng in 2018. This line uses AI robot, two-ray spin shelf and other equipment in production, and uses CMM measurement software to import electrode data automatically and measure and output test results, which means a through automatic measurement of electrode that saves a plenty of human resources while at the same ensures the stability and accuracy of measurement result.

As prevent intake of unqualified raw material will avoid quality problems of mould from the source, raw material control is a key step in QA. We have specific raw material, parts and mould frame test areas and use multigage, spectrometer, hardness scale to control quality of various raw materials strictly in each aspect (including the accuracy of finish size, material hardness and raw material analysis) and output results according to drawing and standard test procedure.

Fangzheng controls mould process quality and point test of trail mould through online MES and OA system supported with rich and effective measurement equipment and human resources. As each size and defect point of mould is under well control, the acceptability is ensured at 100%.

QA is a necessary process in mould manufacturing. Quality of the whole set of mould may be impacted either by test of size, hardness, mould fitness or by the closet of defect point of trail mould.
